where to start?

fill your cart by choosing your size and press the ‘buy’ button. if you are uncertain about your size take a look at our size guide for extra guidance or get in touch with our team. we have added pictures, product & care information with each garment for your convenience. when you are ready to place your order, you can create an account where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you visit. if you would like to change your contact, shipping or payment details, you can do this at any given time during check-out by selecting the contact or shipping address field.

what happens after placing my order?

after carefully gift wrapping your beloved item(s) we aim to ship them as quick as possible. we will send you a shipment confirmation by email or SMS (optional) with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. please note that it can take a few days before the tracking information is updated. if you haven’t received a confirmation by email please check your spamfolder. if you can’t find it there either, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected] or call us at +32 (0)3 2572494.

what about shipping?

we ship worldwide straight to your doorstep or a chosen pick-up point. within belgium and europe we use standard shipping with bpost. (be: delivery within 1 - 2 business days for €8. eu: delivery within 2 - 7 business days depending on your location for €12.) we ship to the rest of the world with dhl express. shipping and delivery time will be calculated based on your location (please note that we are not accountable for any extra costs such as taxes and customs). delivery times are a guideline and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. if you are based in the russian federation or have any other questions, please get in touch by using the chat button, sending an email to [email protected] or call us at +32 (0)3 2572494.

what if i want to return or exchange my order?

every la fille d’O piece is designed and produced in belgium, with lots of love for the female body but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us or to make a return or exchange in our ghent or antwerp store. to initiate a return, first contact us via [email protected]. please make sure to add your order number in the subject line. this will make it easier for us to track and process your return. you can find this information in the invoice that was sent to you.

we will provide you with a free return-label and customs documentation (if applicable) as soon as we receive your request. please return items clean, unworn, with all tags on and preferably in the box we sent to you to avoid waste of resources within 14 days. if you wish to return your entire order you can expect to receive a full refund. if you wish to only partially return or swap an article you can expect to receive a refund of the returning item(s) only. we will make a refund using the same method you used to pay within 14 days after we have received your returning goods.

to return an item, please use the return form that was sent together with your order and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return. add this form inside the box with your returning item(s). attach the return-label and custom documents (if applicable) to your parcel, tape the parcel securely and drop it off at the nearest post office. responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches la fille d’O, so please remember to add insurance and ask for a proof of postage.

how can i find the right size?
A.

there is no such thing as the average person. which makes the average bra rather useless. at la fille d’O we design specific bras for specific body types, needs and desires. regular bra brands use the well known contour/cup system but this has so much room for improvement we decided to create our own. our ‘easy sizing’ system allows you to combine the best of both worlds. it is the luxury of ready-made with touch of made-to-measure. regular bras have about 5cm to adjust, but our contour straps can be altered up to 15cm, creating a bigger chance to a perfect fit.

we know most women do not know there size, and if they do, they often wear the wrong one. our ‘easy sizing’ system turns a challenge into an opportunity. all you have to do is measure ON and UNDER your chest, to work out your regular size and then find the matching

how do i take care?
A.

at la fille d’O we like to know what goes under our clothes and on our skin so we keep our sourcing local and sustainable. 90% of our fabrics are made in belgium. our cottons are made in austria and our nylons and silk are made in france. we only work with oeko-tex certified supplies, meaning there won’t be any harmful substances touching the biggest organ you have.

lycra has a short life span but the way our designs are crafted, we can considerably postpone the sudden death of your favorite items. we even offer a repair service that will resuscitate your beloved undies as long as you like. our lingerie can be machine-washed at 30 degrees with an organic mild detergent. remember to always use a washing bag to catch microfibers and to not tumble dry, it saves energy and makes the lycra last longer. take a look at our care instructions if you feel uncertain on how to wash your specific item. we have added extra product & care information with each product for your convenience.
