how can i find the right size?
A.

there is no such thing as the average person. which makes the average bra rather useless. at la fille d’O we design specific bras for specific body types, needs and desires. regular bra brands use the well known contour/cup system but this has so much room for improvement we decided to create our own. our ‘easy sizing’ system allows you to combine the best of both worlds. it is the luxury of ready-made with touch of made-to-measure. regular bras have about 5cm to adjust, but our contour straps can be altered up to 15cm, creating a bigger chance to a perfect fit. we know most people do not know there size, and if they do, they often wear the wrong one. our ‘easy sizing’ system turns a challenge into an opportunity.

where to start?

fill your cart by choosing your size and press the ‘buy’ button. if you are uncertain about your size take a look at our size guide for extra guidance or get in touch with our team. we have added pictures, product & care information with each garment for your convenience. when you are ready to place your order, you can create an account where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you visit. if you would like to change your contact, shipping or payment details, you can do this at any given time during check-out by selecting the contact or shipping address field.

what happens after placing my order?

after carefully gift wrapping your beloved item(s) we aim to ship them as quick as possible. we will send you a shipment confirmation by email or SMS (optional) with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. please note that it can take a few days before the tracking information is updated. if you haven’t received a confirmation by email please check your spamfolder. if you can’t find it there either, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected] or call us at +32 (0)3 2572494.

what if i want to change my order?

we start to process your order as soon as you place it. if you have changed your mind or realized that you made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected], use the chat button or call us at +32 (0)3 2572494. we will be happy to help you.

what about shipping?

we ship worldwide straight to your doorstep or a chosen pick-up point. within belgium, the netherlands, france and luxembourg we use standard shipping with bpost. (be: delivery within 1 - 2 business days for €8. nl, fr, lu: delivery within 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location for €12.) we ship to the rest of the world with dhl express. shipping and delivery time will be calculated based on your location (please note that we are not accountable for any extra costs such as taxes and customs). delivery times are a guideline and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

what if i want to return or exchange my order?
A.

every la fille d’O piece is designed and produced in belgium, with lots of love for the human body but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us or to make a return or exchange in our ghent or antwerp store. to initiate a return, first contact us via [email protected]. please make sure to add your order number in the subject line. this will make it easier for us to track and process your return. you can find this information in the invoice that was sent to you.

we will provide you with a free return-label and customs documentation (if applicable) as soon as we receive your request. please return items clean, unworn, with all tags on and preferably in the box we sent to you to avoid waste of resources within 14 days. if you wish to return your entire order you can expect to receive a full refund. if you wish to only partially return or swap an article you can expect to receive a refund of the returning item(s) only. we will make a refund using the same method you used to pay within 14 days after we have received your returning goods.

to return an item, please use the return form that was sent together with your order and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return. add this form inside the box with your returning item(s). attach the return-label and custom documents (if applicable) to your parcel, tape the parcel securely and drop it off at the nearest post office. responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches la fille d’O, so please remember to add insurance and ask for a proof of postage.

how do i take care?
A.

my lingerie is handmade in the deep west of the most surreal country in the world called belgium. i take great pride in making pieces that are crafted from the smartest materials. our supplies are made in belgium, france and germany, which is about as sustainable as it gets. 

to take good care of your lingerie is to wash them. often. after every wear, preferably. lingerie is the work-horse of your wardrobe. subject to intense rubbing and stretching whilst supporting you, the pieces are exposed to sweat, sunlight, sea salt, skincare products and eager hands of loved ones. things get rough at times. be prepared! our items were built to last but they need your help. WASH THEM OFTEN.

use mild organic detergent. machine wash at 30°. do not hand-wash unless you are an expert. might as well leave it to the machine, baby. your lingerie is under siege on a daily basis and every time you wash them you give them back their superpower. it will show appreciation by lasting longer and stronger. do not tumble dry. we use fine materials that master the art of air drying ever so well. it saves energy and lycra hates tumble dry anyway.
